In America and United Kingdom, at February, people wear red on support of heart disease. As in the USA, the symbol is a red dress for women support, in the UK is based on raising money for children’s heart surgery.

Beauty Routine

As yesterday I was talking about diversity and makeup for all kind of skins. Today, I’m going to talk about my skin care routine. You will find it really simple!

  1. Cleansing your skin with a gentle soap depending on your type of skin, apply it gently on your skin and wash it with abundant water.
  2. Moisturizing with a good cream or oil
  3. Toner with a cotton pad and pass it over your face.

If you take this routine your skin will look perfect with time.

20th of February is World Day of Social Justice and is a day were we recognize and promote Social Justice with themes such gender equality, poverty, human rights and equality.

“The world is built on kidness” is such a beauty idea in a world also built on violence. But we must encourage good acts to balance. We need to teach empathy to our new young ones.

  • Pick up some trash from the street and put it on a bin

International Hippo Day

I didn’t know there is an international day for Hippo. Everyday I learn something new. Isn’t is fantastic?

Our son enjoys picking hippo on his world map. I’m pretty sure is going to become one of his favorite wildlife animals.

Originated in Africa, it has become a vulnerable species in 2006 because of habitat loss, hunting and of course, hist meat and ivory teeth. Is one of the largest land mammals. An adult weights 2000kg!

The History of Vaccines

On late 18th century, Edward Jenner invented vaccines for smallpox. The second generation of vaccines were made by Louis Pasteur. He developed vaccines for chicken cholera and anthrax.

RNA vaccines and DNA vaccines are the third generation of vaccines. The first one was to fight Zika virus. a HIV vaccines is on trial status too.

Adversity and Difficulties of Being a Female Mechanic

People seem to be surprised that there are some women who wants to become a mechanic. Only 2% of mechanics are women.

Some women tells you that weigh is a problem. The most skilled ones still have problems from time to time to lifting over torquing bolts. Other women explains that long hair can be a problem too. It can get stuck in places you can not imagine.

On the other hand, some customers consider women more reliable and trustworthy.

I say a big hurray for all the brave women who choose this profession. We admire determination on people.
